   Agua Ramon Meadows and Agua Ramon Overlook together consist of 8 parcels ranging in size from 36.93 acres to 48.95 acres. Of these 8, two have already been sold.

   They are located on the side of Agua Ramon Mountain about 5 miles east of the town of South Fork. All have many large pinion pine although the meadows has more open space.  Deer and Elk are often spotted on the property. There are great views of the valley below and of Del Norte Peak to the south.  The Sangre de Cristo mountains can be seen to the east about 70 miles away. To the north are the La Garita mountains.

   There are very few properties of this size left in the area and even fewer of this quality.
